Callie Miller
Executive Director - cmiller@housingopportunities.net
Callie has been with HOI since June 2014. She started as the office Bookkeeper and, in 2018, gained the title of Executive Assistant. In November 2020, she was promoted to Executive Director when HOI’s previous director of 20 years retired. Callie has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from American Public University and received her Master’s in Personal Financial Planning from K-State in 2019.
Alex Bartonek
Office Assistant - office@housingopportunities.net
Alex joined HOI in May 2023. She previously worked in the office at Azria Health Systems. She will be the main point of contact for callers and visitors coming into the office. Alex will also be helping will all the day to day tasks of each position within HOI.

Our Property Management Team
Since 1996, the Housing Opportunities Inc. our Property Management team has been available for current and prospective tenants via phone, email, and online.
Tayler Stegman
Property Manager - tstegman@housingopportunities.net
Tayler started with HOI in November 2022. She previously worked at the Chamber and has a love for helping the community. Tayler handles the property management for our Larned and Great Bend areas; she processes applications, completes the rent-up process, and is responsible for all compliance and reporting requirements to our investors and state agencies.
Morgan Rodriguez

Morgan joined HOI’s team as property manager in August 2019 coming from a background in customer service and medical billing. Morgan handles the property management for Hoisington, Lyons, Sterling, Lyons, and Great Bend. She also assists the on-site manager in Scott City by handling the compliance and reporting for our units there. Morgan is responsible for processing applications, completing the rent-up process, and handling all compliance and reporting requirements to our investors and state agencies.
General Contractor/Maintenance
Since 1996, the Housing Opportunities Inc. general contractor and maintenance team has worked diligently to create and maintain the highest level of comfort and cleanliness in each unit.
Bruce Riedl
General Contractor
Bruce joined our team in 2022 and is our on staff General Contractor. Originally from Hoisington, Bruce has been in the construction industry for many years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Previously, he was the construction foreman at Joiner Construction in Ellinwood.
Trent Bitter
Maintenance
Trent joined our maintenance staff in January 2021. He is responsible for completing maintenance and upkeep on all our properties and helps with vacant unit flips after a tenant moves out. He came to us from Kansas Siding Supply and a background in the Ag industry. Trent enjoys hands-on work and the satisfaction of accomplishment when the project is completed.
Matt Espinosa
Maintenance Supervisor
Matt has been part of the maintenance staff at HOI since March 2014 and was promoted to maintenance supervisor in February 2021. Matt earned his HVAC certification from Salina Area Technical College and went on to gain his HVAC Master Mechanical certification in 2018. He started doing HVAC in 2003 before coming to HOI as part of our maintenance staff making it possible for us to service our own HVAC equipment rather than having to outsource the work. Matt enjoys being able to provide the tenants with their unit maintenance while adding a personal touch to the mix.
